Current Beta Releases

To initiate the beta process, a signed Beta Site License Agreement must be completed and returned to Raining Data's Customer Service department in Irvine via fax to 949-453-0818. The completed original copy should then be returned via mail to our corporate headquarters at 25A Technology Drive, Irvine, California, 92618 USA. This will serve as the formal application to request participation as a beta testing site. Beta agreement applicants will be selected based on qualification information and meeting the criteria set forth. Raining Data reserves the right to determine the final status of all beta site applications. Sites will be notified individually regarding their approval status.

When filling out the Exhibit A portion of the agreement, you may have the option of testing a connectivity product also. Please check the box of the connectivity product(s) that you would like to test, and be sure to sign and date Exhibit A as well.

Once we have the completed Beta Site License Agreement on file, each time you request to participate in one of our beta programs, we will need an executed Exhibit A faxed to us, and the original Exhibit A mailed to us for that program.

Please note: If you have had a beta agreement with us in the past (prior to June 30, 2003), it is no longer in effect. We ask that you please complete the new Beta Site License Agreement and beta specific Exhibit A as described above.
